As a Ventilator & Respiratory Product Specialist, your role involves providing expert pre- and post-sales application support for ventilators and respiratory care devices. You will conduct clinical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and technical explanations to medical professionals. Additionally, delivering structured product training to hospital staff, technicians, and channel partners will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and clinical integration of equipment is crucial. You will also serve as the point of contact for technical queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with service engineers. Your feedback and suggestions for improvements to R&D and sales teams based on market and clinical insights will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert pre- and post-sales application support for ventilators and respiratory care devices. - Conduct clinical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and technical explanations to medical professionals. - Deliver structured product training to hospital staff, technicians, and channel partners. - Collaborate with sales and product teams for smooth onboarding and clinical integration of equipment. - Act as the point of contact for technical queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with service engineers. - Document feedback and suggest improvements to R&D and sales teams based on market and clinical insights. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Medical Electronics. - Experience: 2-5 years in clinical applications or product specialist roles in ventilators, anaesthesia, or respiratory care systems. Skills: - Strong hands-on exposure to ventilators, anaesthesia workstations, and respiratory care equipment. - Experience delivering CME sessions and product workshops. - Ability to lead customer onboarding and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Proven troubleshooting, technical integration, and documentation capabilities. - Excellent English communication and presentation skills.,
