Vendor Success Associate

As a Vendor Success Associate at Bottomline, your role will involve identifying escalation risks and collaborating with internal teams to retain revenue, remediate issues, and ensure positive outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing and sharing best practices to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
