Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal, safety and Quality standards.
To understanding the BIS requirements and execute the BIS requirements
Vendor PDI activities and clear the PDI
Vendor PDI action plan, Process improvemnt action plan and etc..
CNPS activities for Air Cooler
Fulfil quality issue & Service / Field issues need to track with clear actions plan and improvements
New project development activity, follow up and improvements
Field Failures Rate report analysis with action plan and improvement plan
New Model FFR tracking and action plan
Daily / Weekly / Monthly meeting presentation with clear improvement plan
FG / RM / BIS Quality Improvement through continuous follow up and project implementation
Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
Early Life failures Monitoring.
Up-dation of Quality Dashboard
Participating in External regional level Awards
Motivate and coach the team to operational success
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

Preferred candidate profile

Min.5 ~7 Yrs. experience in Quality with at-least 1~2yrs Experience in Air Cooler Category
Product Specific Knowledge
Strong influence skills
Multicultural skills
Communication capabilities -Hindi & English mandatory
Six Sigma (Preferable)
Travelling required (At vendors, customers, HO office, others plants etc.)
