Above 5 yrs of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management. Job Description Identify, evaluate, and source potential vendors for the organization's needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and payment terms with vendors to secure favorable terms for the company. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products to meet production requirements. Assess potential risks in the vendor base (e.g., financial, operational, geopolitical) and work on mitigation strategies. Ensure vendors comply with relevant regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistency in product quality and supply reliability.
