Vendor Development Engineer(Supply Chain Management)

As a Procurement Specialist, your role involves developing multiple vendors to obtain the right material at a competitive price. You will be responsible for new vendor development and receiving as well as validating new part requests for various electronic components such as PCB parts, passive parts, LED, LCD, resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement of electronics components will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop multiple vendors to obtain the right material at a competitive price - Experience in new vendor development - Receiving and validating new part requests for electronic components - Strategic sourcing and procurement of electronics components - Vendor development and evaluation - Vendor finalization and costing - Conducting L1 negotiations - Supplier assessments and visits - Excellent communication skills Qualifications Required: - Candidates from Electronics/EC background with exposure to electronic components, PCB parts, passive parts, LED, LCD, etc. - Should have experience in independently sourcing vendors, finalizing them, and handling the costing part.
