Vendor Acquisition Specialist - Online Sampling

As a Vendor Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors specializing in online sampling. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate favorable terms with vendors to ensure seamless sample delivery for various market research projects while meeting budget and quality standards. Building and maintaining a database of reliable and high-quality vendors will be essential for success in this role. Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines, you will coordinate the online sample delivery process. Your attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of quality samples from vendors for both B2B and B2C projects. In case of any issues related to sample delivery, you will troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently. Quality assurance will be a key focus area where you will monitor and ensure that the quality of sample delivery aligns with client expectations. Addressing concerns related to respondent engagement and data authenticity will be crucial in maintaining high standards. Staying updated on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and new vendor opportunities will be necessary to excel in this role. Attending networking events or virtual meetings to expand vendor connections will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining detailed records of vendor performance and sample delivery outcomes, you will provide regular updates to management on vendor activities and project progress. Your strong negotiation and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, will be instrumental in your success. Knowledge of market research processes and sampling techniques will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and familiarity with CRM tools or vendor management systems is a plus.
