Daily Vehicle Tracking with support of GPS,Phone(live) & TMS software
Trip Generation IN TMS for own & Market placement Vehicle
Vehicle timely loading. Releasing & Reporting all updatation in TMS as well live tracking & monitoring
Trip wise Report Generation & MIS reporting day to day & monthly to management
Follow-up with stoppage , breakdown & driver related issues proactively
Ensure Reduction in Truck Idle Time- Maximum Efficiency
Maintain all necessary documentation for licensing, insurance, and inspections. updatation in TMS
Route Study & Planning
Coordinating with petrol pumps for Card fuel & add Blue.
Prepare daily tracking reports for truck- Ensuring 400KM per day
Ensure timely loading, unloading and coordination with truck driver
Ensure Vehicle availability updating time to time in TMS .
Coordination with Drivers to ensure zero idle time
Managing the miscellaneous & route expenses
Driver Expense & Driver Cost Management
Looking into Enroute Transit problems- speaking to Drivers, Service Centre & RTO etc
Vehicle Inspection & Ensuring Zero Rejections at Placement
Monitor driver duty hours, rest stops, and ensure compliance with safe driving regulations.
Preparing MIS reports on truck performance truck profitability, usage of diesel, FASTAG
