Vehicle Tracking & Data Entry Operator

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Tracking & Data Entry Executive to join our logistics/transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements through GPS tracking systems and maintaining accurate records in our system. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track vehicle movement using GPS tracking software Enter daily transport data (location, time, delivery status) into the system Coordinate with drivers for updates and route adjustments Generate daily/weekly reports on vehicle status and delivery performance Maintain logs for fuel, maintenance, and trip history Escalate any route deviation or delay issues immediately Required Skills: Basic knowledge of GPS tracking tools Good typing speed and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a transport/logistics company is a plus Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Freshers can apply
