Vehicle Engineer

As a Fleet Executive (EV) at our company, your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize the daily operations of our electric vehicle fleet. You should have hands-on experience in EV maintenance, troubleshooting, and team coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all EV breakdowns, coordinating with technicians and helpers for quick resolution. - Track and manage spare parts, batteries, chargers, and GPS devices to ensure operational readiness. - Provide remote troubleshooting support to riders via calls or digital platforms. - Deploy timely on-ground or roadside assistance when required. - Manage technician and helper schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage. - Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain service quality. - Maintain accurate logs and reports on fleet status, repairs, and turnaround times. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in EV fleet operations or a similar automotive role. - Strong understanding of EV systems, batteries, and field troubleshooting. - Proven team-handling and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
