Key Skill Requirements

Project Management experience (5+ years) in CRM (preferably Salesforce) product development, enhancements, and data integration
Strong understanding of Pharma Field Operations and their influence on field effectiveness
Analytical mindset with experience in data handling and enabling data-driven decision-making

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Vault CRM
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Data Loader
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Exposure to Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation
