As a Veeva CRM Support, you will be responsible for the following: - Should have experience in Veeva CRM - Should experience of ITIL process and support (L2/L3) - Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity - Identifying and resolving technical issues related to applications - Collaborating with cross functional teams to solve problems - Supporting users by providing support to end users and addressing their concerns - Keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends - Analyzing and performing root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures - Auditing by conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security - Ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders You should have 4-8 years of experience in Veeva CRM and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be located in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai with an immediate notice period.
