Job Description

As a Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and driving innovation and efficiency to contribute to the company's growth and societal impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and evaluate business requirements to develop effective solutions using Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements for enhancements - Design and implement system configurations to optimize Veeva functionalities and improve user experience - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications to ensure smooth operations - Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure quality assurance - Coordinate with IT teams to manage data migrations and integrations with Veeva Vault - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency - Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Veeva systems - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system implementations - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectives - Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making **Qualifications:** - Possess a strong understanding of Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations - Demonstrate proficiency in system analysis and configuration management - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Have experience in developing and executing test plans for system validation - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Display strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement - Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Preferably have experience in training and documentation - Be familiar with industry standards and compliance requirements - Demonstrate analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting - Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements - Show capability in managing data migrations and integrations - Exhibit a strategic mindset for aligning systems with business goals Please note that Veeva Certified Professional System Analysis Certification is required for this role.,
