Strong programming experience in
C++ / VC++

, and multi-threaded programming.
Good understanding of
Windows internals

legacy codebases
and modernizing existing systems.
Proficient in debugging tools and techniques (e.g., WinDbg, Visual Studio Debugger).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to COM/ATL, DLL development.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
Experience in performance tuning or memory leak analysis.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
