Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with experience in recruitment for a full-time, permanent position. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements:Responsibilities:- Handle employee queries related to salary, ESIC, and PF- Maintain employee data as per joining formalities- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement- Travel within Uttarakhand for market visits.- Have basic knowledge of social media and content generation.- Have knowledge in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)- Average knowledge of advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint- Knowledge of grooming and development- Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferable)- Willingness to travel in the local market- Ability to commute within UttarakhandJob Details:- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month- Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time offNote:- Male candidates are preferred.- Candidates who can reliably commute to the specified location are encouraged to apply.
