VBA Professional

Key Responsibilities

Technical Issue Resolution
:
Identify and resolve technical issues
promptly and effectively.
Documentation Management
: Maintain and update
system technical documents
and
service operation manuals
.
Software Release Management
: Plan and perform
software releases
as a part of the Release and Change process.
Application Development
: Develop and deliver
Application software changes
according to specified requirements.
Incident Management
:
Investigate production incidents/problems
and provide solutions for fixing the issues.

Skills

Strong development experience in
VBA
and
Microsoft Access
.
Ability to
identify and resolve technical issues
.
Proficiency in maintaining and updating
technical documents
and manuals.
Experience in planning and performing
software releases
.
Aptitude for developing and delivering
application software changes
.
Skilled in investigating
production incidents/problems
and providing solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a VBA Professional.
