Job description:
Key Responsibilities:Teach VARC modules (Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Critical Reasoning, etc.) for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice sessions, and mock test discussions.Provide personalized mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions for students.Create high-quality content, assignments, and learning material for the VARC section.Track student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.Collaborate with other faculty and academic teams to design effective learning strategies.Stay updated with latest exam patterns, trends, and changes in syllabus.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in VARC for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.
Strong academic background in English/Communication/Relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong command over vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension techniques.Ability to motivate and mentor students with varying learning levels.Content creation and test-prep experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
