Role Summary:

VAS Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete VAS sales lifecycle

    from lead engagement to closing and post-sale coordination.
  • Proactively reach out to

    loan-qualified students and applicants

    , identify their additional needs, and offer tailored VAS solutions.
  • Build rapport and trust with students through consistent follow-ups, high-quality conversations, and needs-based pitching.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Loan Counsellors, Ops, and Tech) and external service partners to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM and dashboards, ensuring clean and accurate tracking of conversations, lead stages, and revenue.
  • Share weekly performance reports and insights to improve conversion and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 35 years

    of B2C or consultative sales experience, preferably in

    Fintech, EdTech, BFSI, or Study Abroad

    domains.
  • Proven ability to

    meet or exceed revenue targets

    , especially with pre-qualified or warm leads.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and at least one regional language.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce) and funnel tracking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with student services (Forex, Insurance, Visa, Travel) is a

    strong plus
