Validation Lead - Data Analytics

Role Overview: As a Validation Data Analytics at AGCO, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining global standards for reliability engineering and reliability assurance within the organization. Your responsibilities will include defining global validation data collection and analysis standards, overseeing the implementation of data analytics toolchains, ensuring the analysis of data collected from machine fleets, and driving innovation in data analytics methods. You will be part of the global validation core team (GVCT) and responsible for establishing an implementation plan for AGCO sites, exploring best practices within the industry, and supporting audits of new product software quality readiness. Your expertise in data analytics toolchains, methods, and processes will be essential in creating usable data analytics templates and tools for validation sites.
