Validation Lead - Data Analytics

As a Validation Data Analytics at AGCO, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining global standards for reliability engineering and assurance. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining global validation data collection and analysis standards - Ensuring machine data is analyzed to support DVP definition in project planning - Establishing an implementation plan for AGCO sites regarding standard & strategy fulfillment - Continuously exploring best practices within AGCO and the industry to improve data collection and analysis - Driving innovation by implementing the latest simulation methods and seeking new methodologies to enhance data analytics To qualify for this role, you should have: - A 4-year degree in Data Analytics, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 2+ years of data-analytics experience (5+ years preferred) - Practical knowledge in data analytics toolchains, methods, and processes - Excellent communication and presentation skills for global teams and stakeholders - Experience with digital twins and AI-driven data-analytics tools (preferred) AGCO values diversity, an enterprising spirit, positive impact, and innovative technologies.
