Valet/Driver

Job Summary:
The Valet Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous parking and retrieval services for hotel guests’ vehicles, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with the hotel’s five-star service standards. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and excellent guest interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Vehicle Management:
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and respect at all times.
• Guest Interaction & Service:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Provide directions and information about hotel facilities as needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow all traffic, safety, and hotel policies while operating vehicles.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage immediately to the supervisor.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Assist with valet area setup, signage, and organization.
• Support other guest services duties during peak periods if required.
• Vehicle Maintenance Support:
• Keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Ensure fuel levels and cleanliness of valet fleet vehicles if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a valet driver or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe parking procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift luggage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
