Vacancy - IT Infrastructure Specialist

· To act as the key contact person for School Employees regarding any IT issues

· Smartboard Troubleshooting and Maintenance

· Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting and Maintenance

· Server, LAN & WAN Troubleshooting and Maintenance

· Printing & Imaging Devices Troubleshooting and Maintenance

· PM activity of Desktop, Smartboards, Server & Printers

· Good understanding of Apple IOS devices like MacBook and iPads will be added advantage.

· IT Asset Maintenance and Inventory management

· Break-fix call attending and case evaluations/escalations

· Call login with Vendors -follow-up and Management

· Investigate and fix users issues

· CCTV camera & Bio Metrics device “network” troubleshooting

· Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reporting to HO and School

· Co-ordination with HO IT Team for L2 & L3 support and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
