Job Description:

Designs and delivers training programs to improve Students abilities in areas like quantitative reasoning, verbal aptitude, and logical thinking. Assess students performance, create engaging learning materials, and adapt their methods to diverse learning styles, ultimately helping students succeed in job placements.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various aptitude topics, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.


Curriculum Development:

  • Design and develop training materials, worksheets, and assessments to enhance students' understanding and skills.


Performance Evaluation:

  • Assess student progress through mock tests, assignments, and feedback sessions, providing constructive criticism and guidance.


Content Creation:

  • Develop and refine training content, including question sets and learning modules, to align with industry standards and placement requirements.


Adapting Training:

  • Adjust training methodologies and materials to cater to diverse learning styles and student needs.


Student Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
  • Staying Updated:

  • Keep abreast of the latest placement trends, industry requirements, and new training methodologies.


  • Collaboration:

  • Work with other trainers, content developers, and academic institutions to ensure training effectiveness and student success.


Required Skills:

  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Excellent knowledge and command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.


  • Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering effective training and providing feedback.


  • Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze student performance, identify areas of improvement, and tailor training accordingly.

  • Proficiency in solving aptitude problems and explaining complex concepts clearly.

  • Experience in teaching or training:
