UX/UI DESIGNER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the requirements, notions, and perspectives of the users/customers in a fast-paced working environment. Your tasks will include creating user-based designs/templates, user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups. You will convert user requirements/concepts into systems/patterns/style-guides with attractive design-base. Additionally, you will create proactive UI elements, designs (originals), troubleshoot UX constraints, and ensure responsiveness. Working as a team player, you will deliver high-quality work within the specified timelines. Your role will also involve implementing customer feedback with a customer-centric thought process and quick turn-around. Key Responsibilities: - Expert knowledge in UX and Front End Development - Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools - Being extremely smart, intelligent, innovative, and active - Being a self-starter and self-learner, familiar with tech-savvy techniques through self-research - Demonstrate relevant Coding or Technical solutions with unique skills in Internet search Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge in HTML5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap / Responsive Design (Desired Skill) - Good leadership skill, capable of guiding other developers as needed (Desired Skill) - Proficiency in at least one of these languages: Hindi, English, or Bengali - Education requirement: No bar - Experience requirement: Flexible, we value great work over experience Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with a strong understanding of project management and data analysis, proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft office applications, exceptional research and reporting skills, knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry, excellent financial management skills, ability to stay updated with market trends and innovations, top-notch communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
