UX/UI Designer

As a UX & UI designer at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of the product design team and witness your work being used by millions of users worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers to gather and evaluate user requirements, researching and conceptualizing ideas into working prototypes and UI mockups, designing wireframes, task flows, information architecture, prototypes, and screen mockups, as well as maintaining and evolving the design system. **Qualifications & Skills:** - We are open to considering candidates who hold a B.Des, M.Des, B.Arch, M.Arch, BFA, B.Sc., BE, or a B.Tech degree, especially if your academics are from a design background with specializations such as Product Design, Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Interaction Design, and more. - While years of experience are not mandatory, any previous experience from a design-led organization will be a plus. - Experience in designing pixel-perfect mockups for digital products for web and native platforms, good knowledge of grid systems and responsive web layouts, ability to rationalize design choices backed by science, familiarity with mobile design patterns for Android and iOS, proficiency in design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch, and experience in motion design will be advantageous. - A hybrid skill set that allows you to switch between interaction and visual design will be beneficial.
