UX/UI Designer

About the Role

UX/UI (1+ years of experience)

Main Expectations:

• Research and stay updated on design trends and industry practices
• Understand brand requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Create innovative visuals, infographics, and AI-assisted design elements
• Develop clear user flows, wireframes, and responsive website structures
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, iconography, and UI patterns
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for smooth design handoff
• Continuously test, document, and iterate designs based on feedback

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis and document research points for design projects
• Participate in ideation sessions and propose creative design solutions
• Design illustrations, graphics, and interactive UI elements using modern tools and AI plugins
• Build prototypes and workflows, ensuring usability across multiple devices and platforms
• Apply design principles for responsive and adaptive interfaces with smooth animations
• Maintain a design system, brand guidelines, and reusable UI components
• Collaborate with development teams for design implementation and testing
• Own and ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-based design tools

• Experience with

  UI prototyping tools

  (Figma prototypes, InVision, Framer, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of

  typography, color theory, iconography, and layout systems

• Familiarity with

  HTML, CSS, WordPress, JavaScript

  (basic working knowledge)
• Understanding of

  interaction design, responsive design, and micro-interactions

• Ability to create and maintain

  design systems, style guides, and component libraries

• Strong communication and attentiveness during team discussions
• Ability to document and present ideas clearly
• Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback/criticism
• Team collaboration with cross-functional groups (product, dev, marketing)
