UX/ Interaction Designer

Your expertise in understanding business goals and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will need to communicate design decisions effectively and simplify complex information for users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design complex applications for web and mobile platforms - Create design deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - Collaborate with developers in an agile development process to ensure a user-friendly end product - Utilize tools like Sketch, Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, and others for visual design and wire-framing - Take a user-centered design approach and iterate designs based on testing - Deliver wireframes, user stories, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and interfaces - Create interactive prototypes using frameworks like HTML/CSS/JQuery **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in designing web and mobile applications - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in visual design tools and wire-framing applications - 2-5 years of product design experience - Prior experience working in a startup is preferred - Ability to work with a single code base for different platforms At Exioms, you will have the opportunity to not just work, but *build the future*.
