UX Designer

Pune,India

What You ll Do

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to uncover insights.
Translate research findings into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across all touchpoints.

What You ll Bring

Strong foundation in UX principles, design thinking, and usability best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ability to create clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale.
A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, process, and impact.
Bonus: Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or experience with motion design.
