UX Designer / Researcher

Job Description

Deveop fuency in your portfoio’s business strategy and the vaue proposition of the product(s) within your scope. Create wireframes and deveop prototype of design concepts based on cear understanding of users, cients, and their desired outcomes and in accordance with interaction design best practices. Determine types of research needed on individua initiatives, deveop research goas and pans, conduct and synthesize research. Utiize research insights to drive prioritization of product backog and roadmap, aign design work with product strategies and user experience insights/requirements. Execute product/project design deiverabes in aignment with project timeine and roadmap miestones; take ownership of work product and perform daiy tasks with autonomy. Participate in cross-discipinary coaboration to faciitate innovation. Deveop strong storyteing capabiities. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE A minimum of 3 years of experience in product or service design. A minimum of 3 years of experience in executing UX deiverabes on design projects. A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing research deiverabes on design projects. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with product managers and engineers. A minimum of 4 years of experience with design toos such as Figma, as we as anaytics toos. Portfoio of projects that shows a breadth of compex, technicay-oriented projects and demonstrates your skis as a UX designer and researcher. REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Experienced-eve UX design skis, incuding wireframing & prototyping Experienced -eve competency with common design and research toos, such as Figma, Achemer, UserInterviews and AirTabe. Competency in defining and executing UX Metrics assessments. Competency with standard presentation programs Powerpoint & Keynote. Preferred technica and professiona experience PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE At east 3 years of experience in prioritizing and deivering roadmaps as part of a deveopment organization. Strong anaytica and probem-soving skis, with the abiity to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersona skis, with the abiity to articuate the vaue proposition of compiation technoogies, communicate product requirements, and effectivey engage with stakehoders at a eves. An understanding of and experience in product management principes, incuding market anaysis, product roadmap deveopment, feature prioritization, and stakehoder management. PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Working knowedge of mainframe computer systems. Basic understanding of appications and architectures within the z/OS environment. Experience in deveoping appications on the z/OS patform, as we as experience and famiiarity of the z/OS environment, toos, and deveopment practices.
