UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at this company, your role will involve collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. You will be using your skills as a FIGMA designer to illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Your responsibilities will also include designing graphic user interface elements, building page navigation buttons, and creating UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot UX problems, make layout adjustments based on user feedback, and ensure adherence to style standards. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements - Build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototypes - Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Portfolio of design projects - Understanding of Agile Scrum and design Sprint Development principles - Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Good command of spoken English and ability to actively participate in daily stand-up meetings - Familiarity with User Stories, Wireframes, Mock-ups, and Prototypes principles - Regular FIGMA experience of at least 1.5 years - Positive attitude and a team player Skill Set: - UX Figma Prototype - Design Illustrator - Web Application - Mobile App Prototyping - Website Designing - Dashboard - Software Designing - Wireframe - Navigation - Visualization - User-Centered Design - Design Storyboard - Responsive web design - Front-end (HTML, CSS) If you are passionate about UI/UX design and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
