Job Description

With research, product, and business stakeholders with the goal of creating delightful experiences for our users.- You’ll be responsible for project engagements, including deliverables such as concepts, wireframe, interactive prototypes, and specifications.- Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocate user-centered design industry best practices, and effectively manage design resources.- Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.- Lead teams in design thinking, agile methodologies, and mentor junior designers.- You’ll be working with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

At least 10 years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.

Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker – able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.

A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches demonstrating an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.

Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.

Expertise in collaborating with user research.

Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams, handing multiple design projects.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Master’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI) or related field.

Experience designing for complex systems.
