Job Summary:

UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain deep insight into user needs and behaviors.
  
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align UX strategies with product roadmaps.
  
• Analyze and interpret user data and feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
  
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure visual and functional consistency.
  
• Advocate for user-centered design and usability best practices across the organization.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered projects.
  
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as

  Figma

  ,

  Sketch

  ,

  Adobe XD

  ,

  InVision

  , or

  Axure

  .
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
  
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
  
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
  
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android).
  
• Knowledge of analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
