Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

5+ years of UX design experience, preferably creating complex digital solutions.
Proficiency in industry-standard UX and collaboration tools such as Figma, OmniGraffle, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
Proven ability to work with clients to gather detailed requirements and design user experiences aligned with business goals and vision.
Deep expertise in UX best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility considerations.
Ability to iterate on designs quickly and intelligently based on feedback and insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Strong understanding of design thinking and its role in crafting meaningful user experiences.
Effective collaborator, able to translate abstract ideas into concrete design outcomes.
Highly organized and comfortable working within tight timelines while maintaining design quality.
Passionate about solving user pain points through thoughtful, innovative design.
Open to constructive feedback and eager to grow through collaboration.
Enthusiastic about all aspects of UX, design, and emerging technologies—constantly researching and staying ahead of industry trends.
