Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement UX strategies.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5-8 years of professional experience in UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure design effectiveness.
