Role Overview: You will be joining the Open Banking Business Intelligence (OB BI) team as an Associate Analyst with a focus on enhancing user experience (UX) within the Open Banking ecosystem. Your role will involve analyzing consumer journeys, API-driven data, and funnel performance to optimize user interactions. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in data analytics, UX, and fintech. Key Responsibilities: - Support UX and funnel analytics by analyzing user interactions, conversion rates, and behavioral trends. - Collect and synthesize data from various sources, including API data and Open Banking platforms. - Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate insights. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify ways to enhance customer experiences. - Perform data cleaning, exploration, and validation to ensure accurate analysis. - Work with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate reporting processes. - Engage in data-driven storytelling to translate complex findings into actionable strategies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in user behavior and Open Banking trends. - Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is advantageous. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. - Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
