As an Associate Analyst within the Open Banking Business Intelligence (OB BI) team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Open Banking through data-driven insights and analytics solutions. Your primary mission will be to democratize data access and enhance user experience (UX) across various Open Banking products and services. Your responsibilities will include supporting UX and funnel analytics by analyzing user interactions, conversion rates, and behavioral trends. You will assist in gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources, including API data and Open Banking platforms. Utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI, you will apply data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, you will identify opportunities to optimize customer experiences. In addition, you will be involved in data cleaning, exploration, and validation to ensure the accuracy and quality of analysis. Working with cross-functional teams, you will help standardize and automate reporting processes. Furthermore, you will participate in data-driven storytelling to translate complex findings into actionable strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, coupled with an interest in user behavior and Open Banking trends, are essential. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis would be advantageous. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel is also preferred. Effective communication skills, a willingness to learn, and collaborate, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, are key attributes for success in this position.
