UX Architect

You are a highly skilled UX Architect with over 9 years of experience, responsible for driving the user experience strategy and architecture for complex digital platforms. Your role involves expertise in UX design, information architecture, and user research to create scalable, user-centered solutions. Leading cross-functional teams, you guide the design vision to align with business objectives and user needs. Your key responsibilities include defining and leading UX architecture for enterprise-grade web and mobile applications, developing user journey maps, information architecture, navigation models, and UX frameworks. You will conduct in-depth user research, persona development, and usability testing, translating business goals into innovative UX strategies and scalable design systems. Collaboration with product managers, stakeholders, developers, and UI designers is essential to ensure consistency and usability across all product touchpoints and platforms. Additionally, your role involves mentoring and leading UX/UI teams, promoting design thinking and best practices, evaluating and integrating feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics, as well as maintaining documentation of UX principles, guidelines, and standards. You are required to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, with at least 9 years of professional UX experience, including 3 years in an architecture or leadership role. A strong portfolio showcasing UX architecture, enterprise solutions, and strategic thinking is necessary. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro, etc., along with deep knowledge of information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows is required. Experience with accessibility standards, usability standards, responsive design, and excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. You should also be adept at working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in domains such as enterprise SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce, familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), UX certifications (e.g., NN/g, HFI, or similar), and experience working in global, distributed teams. This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.,
