Utility Vegetation Management Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Utility Vegetation Management Supervisor at Lucas Tree Experts, you will be responsible for supervising personnel in various company operations to ensure business satisfaction. Your duties will include supervising assigned crews, scheduling, directing, and performing activities related to tree work for utility and private customers. You will need to work closely with community members and homeowners to ensure all work is completed to their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise personnel in various company operations to maintain business satisfaction - Schedule, direct, and perform activities related to tree work for utility and private customers - Work with community members and homeowners to ensure work completion and satisfaction Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in the tree industry or prior supervisory experience - Strong management, organizational, and people skills - Must be 18 years of age with a HS Diploma/GED/or equivalent - Current and valid driver's license - Ability to work outside in various weather conditions - Physically able to perform job requirements - Willingness to travel as needed - Familiarity with technology and basic computer skills - Ability to create estimates for bidding on new jobs and maintain good public relations - Development of new accounts and maintenance of existing customers - Bilingual preferred, with the ability to understand and communicate with Spanish-speaking individuals - Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary licenses & certifications Lucas Tree Experts offers paid on-the-job training, educational courses for industry advancement, safety and bonus incentive programs, and a comprehensive benefits package.
