Utility Operator

As an Utility Equipment Operator, your role involves operating various utility systems such as Compressors, Nitrogen generation plant, Chiller, Boiler, STP, and related equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to the operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Competently operating utility systems and equipment like compressors, nitrogen generation plant, chiller, boiler, STP, and other related equipment. - Performing routine inspections and maintenance activities to maintain the proper functioning of utility systems. - Regularly checking and recording parameters of utility equipment such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and energy consumption to identify trends and deviations, and taking appropriate actions accordingly. - Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all utility system operations, maintenance activities, and repairs. - Coordinating with user departments for utility requirement/consumption and adjusting utility operations accordingly. - Carrying out preventive maintenance of utility equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent system failures or operational disruptions. - Following safety protocols and guidelines while operating utility systems to ensure compliance and safe working habits. - Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of utility equipment. - Following the 5 S concept in your workplace to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Required: - ITI Experience Required: - 4 to 6 years Industry Experience: - Agro chemical/ Pharma/ chemical/ Engineering Please note that you should be competent in operating utility systems and equipment mentioned in the job description.,
