Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Utility Operator to join our team in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of plant utilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain plant utilities including chillers, brine, N2, air compressors, dryers, HVAC, and AHU.
Maintain utility consumption records and perform DCS operations.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all utilities.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms related to utilities operations.
Maintain minimum stock of lubricants for daily maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operation of utilities.

Job Requirements

Diploma or 12th pass education.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, operation, and agrochemicals.
Experience with green field projects is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate effectively.
Familiarity with utility consumption records and preventive maintenance practices.
