Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated personnel for Maintenance department with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Utilities & HVAC systems.

Job responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Application of protection coatings:

• Calibration of equipment such as Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Vacuum Gauge, Maintenance Equipment, Weighing Scale, Weigh Bridge.

• Clean Room:

  To carry out service of AHU machine, Air Ventilation System for clean room, cleaning records and house keeping records for entire plan, Water Tank cleaning, Ventilation System, Cooling inside the cleaning areas as per FDA guidelines etc.,

• Computer Server Rack:

  To make the room dust free, to clean the socket every month, Install proper UPS system to control the voltage fluctuation, to ensure there is no rodent in the room and keep proper cakes in the entire area. To carry out good practices in clean room and server rack, removal of heat, all wires should be properly looped no wires should be found loose in the entire office, proper tagging of wires

• Factory Inspector:

  Stability Certificate, Hydro testing Audit: To carry out internal audit of all chemical process equipment as per Factory Inspectors requirement, Stability Certificate etc.,

• Filtration Centrifuge:

  Super Centrifuge, basket Centrifuge, checking the alignment.

• Fire Safety:

  To maintain all the Fire Hydrant Line – AMC, installation of Smoke Detector and maintenance of the same, getting refilling of the cylinders done and assessment of fire extinguishers required, giving training to all the workers by making internal video film, planning of keeping dry sand at various places, locations to be identified, planning for shut-down during fabrication work and giving necessary training to all persons – fabrication team etc.

• Garden Maintenance:

  Maintenance of Sprinkler system of garden and to take care of routine maintenance etc.,

• History Card & Documentation of Equipment:

  To maintain history card of all equipment – reactors, storage tanks, pumps, motors, gear box, agitators, compressor, steam boiler, thermic fluid heaters, Weigh Bridge etc.,

• Housekeeping & Safety:

  Housekeeping to be organized and make all documentation – SOP and Log Sheets for keeping the records.

• Maintenance Agencies:

  To take care of plant maintenance by appointing contractors for fabrication and modification work. Check the invoice and approve the same for payment, develop new vendors

• Preventive Maintenance of Various Equipment:

  To plan preventive maintenance of chemical plant & machinery, Thermic Fluid Heater – removal of sludge, Steam Boiler – descaling of coil, maintenance of water softener, collection of condensed water through steam tap and maintenance of the same, Cooling Towers – to remove 10% water daily and add corrosion inhibitor add biocide and once a year carry out descaling system and remove the corrosion deposits, Compressor – to make proper AMC contract and timely removal of moisture water, Barrel Filling Machine – to do the calibration after every shift, Small packing machine – 100 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml – Pouch Filling Machine, 500 ml, 1000 ml – Nitrogen blanketing, Scrubber, ETP Plant – maintenance of pumps, blower, filtration unit and evaporation unit – should be cleaned at regular intervals etc.,

• Pumps Alignment and Maintenance of Mechanical Seal:

  Carry out preventive maintenance and should have a fair understanding about installation of mechanical seal. And alignment of pumps, base frame alignment and check the foundation, installation of filters. To prevent foreign particles entering the liquid.

• Purchase of miscellaneous parts:

  To raise inquiry of bearing, pumps & spares required, requirement of all machinery spares such as blowers, barrel filling machines, hosepipes, hosepipe clamps, hand-gloves, all kind of safety equipments and accessories required, keep all the stock for minimum maintenance as required, keep spare mechanical seals etc.

• Rain

  Water Harvesting:

  Should have knowledge for cleaning the Pit once a year, maintenance of water filters, ensure all the water collected in the factory – rain water gets percolated to the ground.

• Removal of Licenses, Calibration Certificates etc.:

  To coordinate - submit yearly returns to Factory Inspector, calibration *& maintenance removal of various weighing scales, barrel filling system, weighing bridge, calibration of level gauge, Weights & Measures, Electrical Inspection etc.,

• Safety – during maintenance:

  To give training to all the workers, to be implemented during maintenance of electrical

• Safety Permits:

  To co-ordinate all kind of safety permits for daily maintenance required in plant maintenance, conduct safety training

• Electrical Flameproof fittings:

  Should have good knowledge on installation, opening and refixing as per engineering practice.

• Electrical maintenance:

  To co-ordinate electrical maintenance of Transformer, Kios, Motor Control Centre, Earthing Pit and to calculate the load, selection of cable, Starters, MCB, ELCB, Switches Unit, UPS system, individual UPS battery to be maintained etc.,

• Electrical Motors:

  To ensure there is zero failure of motors and it has to be installed with proper cover, there should be no failure of motor during monsoon, to check motor before operational if it is installed outside the shed area, to purchase motor which have in-built spacer, to ensure all the motors are lubricated once in 3 months and the motor which are used on monthly basis 24 hrs. should be lubricated every month.

• Electricals:

  Maintenance of Transformer Checking Oil leakage every week, Silica breather to be checked, servicing of transformer once a year, Electrical breakdown, breaker, panel boards are properly cleaned

• Scaffolding erection:

  The person should have good knowledge about standards of erecting Scaffolding, plant safety, gift training and make small video film of 1 minute and circulate to workers.

• Plant Maintenance Work:

  Should have capability to co-ordinate civil, electrical, installation work as per the plant requirement

• Solar Systems:

  To plan installation and maintenance and servicing of panel on monthly basis, to plan walking platform and arrange for proper railing for safety, arrange water for cleaning and reuse of water after cleaning, select descaling chemicals for better Solar Energy and to plan for minimum damage to the Solar Panels.

• Solvent License:

  To ensure all the formalities are being covered as per the guidelines as per the Solvent.

• SOP – Training, Video Films: Make

  SOP for preventive maintenance and make Break Down report for each equipment – down-time, Cost of repair, take out photographs and make a small video films of 30 sec, 60 secs and give training to all the works – breakdown should not take place.

• Rotating Part Alignment:

  To carry out alignment of pumps, motors, agitators and all kind of rotating parts

• Protective Coating Application & Maintenance:

  To carry out painting jobs for Storage Tanks, Reactors, Sheds, Pipelines, Boiler Chimney manually of by sand blasting and maintain the record of coating thickness, carry out corrosion audit after 6-month gap of every equipment, repainting of office building, compound wall etc.,

• Fabrication Modification:

  To get fabrication modification work done as per plant requirement, organizing shut down for maintenance, to maintain fabrication drawing, maintain all equipment drawings and get it amended as per the modification work

• Vendor Development:

  Develop vendors for replacement of equipment such as pumps, motors, level gauge, ball valves, piston valve, Butterfly Valve, Protective Coating Systems, Scrubber Units etc.,

• Vendor development:

  Fabrication team, workshop for maintenance – to develop and make proper SOPs for fabrication and repair work required for structure, erection of tanks, removal of agitator, removal of blowing pipeline, mixing system etc., removal and refixing of damaged polycarbon sheets, extension of roofing sheets, repair & maintenance of roof ventilators, making AMC contract with agencies as required

• CCTV Camera:

  To check the camera installation points are properly cleaned every month and to maintain the record of camera maintenance and breakdown on a daily basis. To ensure all the recording is done on a daily basis and ensure 1-month recording is kept.
