Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure uninterrupted operation of
Power, DG Sets, Boilers, HVAC, Chillers, Air Compressors, RO/ETP/STP
Plan and execute
preventive & breakdown maintenance
of all utility equipment
Monitor
energy consumption
, improve efficiency, and control utility costs
Ensure compliance with
boiler, electrical, pollution control, and safety regulations
Manage
vendors, AMCs, contractors
, and spare planning
Lead utility technicians, maintain
logs, SOPs, MIS, and audit records

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong
mechanical systems knowledge
Utility operations & maintenance
Energy management & audits
TPM, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis
Vendor & manpower management
Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance
