Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables to meet timelines and budget targets. Guide pre-installation and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution. Resolve customer (internal) complaints and escalate issues to higher management as necessary. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 7+years of experience in industrial or manufacturing roles, with 5-8 years in HVAC expertise and utility maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, utility equipment, and MS Office tools. Ability to analyze technical drawings and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication (written and verbal). Resource planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. A "never give up" attitude and a commitment to safety standards. Coordinating with Purchase to get material on time. Ensure Safety at Plant/ LOTO System implementations. Organise Safety oriented training and activities to their subordinate. Ensuring all required Licenses like pressure vessel, Lift , tool and tackles in place Preferred candidate profile Specific Business Knowledge & Skills Computer Efficiency Mis Reports. Breakdown Report Knowledge of BOQ preparations and Raising PR Technical evaluation and comparisons P&ID or necessary knowledge Auto Cad or any other CAD operations.

Preferred candidate profile Project Manager based in Satara to execute and manage projects or sub-project, with great business impact in accordance with our project methodology to reach the desired outcome. You have a drive for Sustainability and carry experience with projects that supports a green agenda. Projects in cooperation with RE and Civil work is an important experience you possess. Mechanical / Civil Engineer graduate, having relevant experience in the same field. Minimum 8 Years to 10 Years of experience. Fluent in written and spoken English. Drawing reading and understanding of GD &T Project management experience with reporting metrics of cost, time and other resources.
