Job Description

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in the role of Utility Engineer at Ankleshwar, you should have a B.E (Mechanical) qualification and 10 to 15 years of experience in the API industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Operation and Maintenance of Chilled water plants. - Operation and Maintenance of Chilled Brine plants. - Operation and Maintenance of Natural gas fired boiler. - Operation and Maintenance of Nitrogen generation plant. - Operation and maintenance of Air compressors. - Operation and maintenance of Air dryers. - Operation and Maintenance of cooling towers. - Potable water storage and distribution. - Process water Operation, Generation, and distribution including schedule activities. - Schedule Preventive maintenance of Utility equipment. - To ensure efficient operation of Utility equipment. - Efficiency monitoring and ensure for utility equipment. - MIS report for utility. - Calculate Utility generation cost. - Compliance of CAPA, Investigation related to area specific Deviation. - Initiate and implementation energy saving ideas. - Validation and compressed air, Nitrogen plant. - Operation of HVAC and Validation. - Qualification of Utility equipment and systems. Please note that the above responsibilities require hands-on experience in the mentioned areas and a proactive approach towards ensuring the efficiency and compliance of utility equipment.,
