Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Utility Engineer/Sr. Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Chemical/Agrochemical industry to join our team in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor overall operation and maintenance of Steam Boilers, Water Treatments Plants, Screws Air Compressors, chilling/brine plants (ammonia based), Centrifugal Chillers, Air Conditioning systems, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, High Pressure Water Distribution System, Fire Fighting system, hydro pneumatics systems, AHU, HVAC, and Air conditionings.
Verify and confirm technical specifications of all utility equipment and modify them as needed.
Perform preventive and troubleshooting on all utility equipment, including reading engineering drawings and P&IDs.
Evaluate the performance of equipment/systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 systems.
Maintain thorough knowledge of work practices, including work permits and report preparation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Chemical/Agrochemical industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including steam boilers, water treatments plants, and air conditioning systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
