Job Description :
1) Taking care of all electrical and mechanical issues of whole plant.2)Ensuring smooth running of facility machines without any major breakdown.3) Taking care of guest house facility jobs.4) Stock management of consumables and follow-up with purchase for urgent requirements.5) Follow-up with AMC suppliers for timely maintenance and services of machines.6) Strict adherence to the check list, all compliances, preventive schedules etc.
Key Responsibility :
1)Responsible to handle equipment management of power system LT & HT, Air pressure system, pure water RO system, HVAC system, water supply system, Compressors, Chillers.2) Responsible for outsourcing project monitoring and factory building experience.3) Responsible to provide training to team and practicle on machines to increase efficiency of team.4) Responsible to maintain machine history cards, check sheets, ISO documents.5) Having experience to handle & trained technicians team.6) Should be responsible for timely maintenance of all machines according to warranty period & AMCs schedule.7) Responsible to ensure predictive maintenance of machines whenever required.
Key skills & Capabilities:
) Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.2) Responding to breakdowns3) Diagnosing faults4) Supervising technical staff5) Creating maintenance procedures6) Managing spares of supplies and equipment.
Preferred Liscenses/ Certificate:Certificate of Auto cad & PLC training will be added advantage.
