As an Apparel Product Designer at Love Pangolin, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating travel-first apparel that combines style, functionality, and comfort. Your role will involve researching and developing clothing tailored to the needs of modern travelers, focusing on comfort, utility, and aesthetics. You will be responsible for integrating innovative features into designs without compromising style, collaborating with the sourcing team to select cutting-edge fabrics, and overseeing the prototyping and testing of products to ensure functionality and durability. Your day-to-day activities will also include staying updated on athleisure and travel clothing trends, working cross-functionally with marketing, production, and sourcing teams, and approaching design challenges with creativity and innovation. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in fashion or product design, preferably with a focus on performance wear, athleisure, or functional apparel. You should have a strong understanding of technical fabrics and garment construction, a portfolio showcasing designs that blend functionality with style, exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or other CAD software, as well as an understanding of user-centric design principles, will be essential for success in this role.,
