As part of our expansion, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Manager Assistant to support our inventory and accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform Tally ERP9 or Tally Prime entries related to inventory, stock in/out, purchase, and production. Assist the Stock Manager in daily stock reconciliation , and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with the production team to record raw material issuance and finished goods movement . Track and update stock levels for raw materials, trims, and finished goods on a daily/weekly basis. Support in stock audits and physical verification of inventory. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements. Prepare and maintain stock-related reports in Excel or Tally as required. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for goods inward/outward documentation. Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials and finished products. Requirements: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in Commerce or related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in inventory or stock management, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in Tally (ERP9 or Prime) is mandatory. Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office . Good communication and coordination skills. Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and trustworthy.
