Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all pre-production logistics such as call sheets, props, location scouting, equipment rentals, and talent bookings - Set up and break down sets for various shoots including product drops, lookbooks, campaigns, and social media content - Collaborate closely with creative leads to understand and execute the vision effectively - Manage vendors and freelancers including photographers, stylists, models, and HMUAs - Ensure shoots run smoothly and stay on schedule - Track production budgets and expenses - Source and organize shoot-day supplies like steamers, clamps, wardrobe racks, and snacks - Maintain an organized inventory of production materials Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in content or fashion production - Ability to remain composed under pressure and solve problems efficiently - Strong taste, instincts, and attention to detail - Comfort with physical work and adaptability in challenging situations - Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in tools like Google Drive - Background in fashion, design, or styling is a bonus In addition to your role-specific responsibilities, you are expected to be known for your unflappability on shoot days, ability to locate essential tools quickly, skill in turning chaos into clarity, and staying ahead of the game at all times.,
