Your responsibilities will also include creating research assets like screeners, discussion guides, and user journey maps, recruiting participants, analyzing qualitative data, and presenting insights to drive product improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to set research goals. - Plan and execute research studies using methods like interviews and usability tests. - Develop research assets including screeners, discussion guides, and user journey maps. - Recruit and schedule participants for research activities. - Analyze qualitative data and provide actionable recommendations. - Present findings in a structured manner to guide decisions and enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years of hands-on experience in user research with a focus on qualitative methods. - Proficiency in conducting interviews, moderating usability tests, and interpreting behavioral insights. - Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex findings effectively. - Ability to perform thematic analysis and identify patterns in user feedback. - Bonus if you have exposure to quantitative methods like surveys. - Background in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design Research, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
