User Research Intern - Gaming & Rewards

As a User Researcher at BeBetta, you will play a crucial role in shaping immersive and rewarding experiences for gamers and entertainers. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to define research goals and execute various research studies to gather user insights. Your ability to analyze qualitative data and provide clear recommendations will be key in enhancing the player experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and design teams, planning and conducting research studies using different methods such as interviews and usability tests, creating research assets like discussion guides and user journey maps, recruiting participants, and presenting findings in a compelling manner to drive product improvements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in user research with a focus on qualitative methods. You should be proficient in conducting interviews, moderating usability tests, and interpreting user behavior to identify patterns and insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex findings are essential. Exposure to quantitative methods and a background in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design Research, or related fields would be advantageous.
